I always love coming back to this mix. I never realized how HARD Halo 5 could go. I always thought it was some kind of unreleased soundtrack from the bungie games but I was so wrong. Infinite did good overall, but man I wish something like the end of Scavengers was there.

God I miss reach. Loading that game up on a Christmas morning back in 2011 after getting my first xbox, I was immediately in love seeing that menu screen. Gunning down jackals, grunts, and some innocent moa felt so different from everything else I played. It was beautiful.. This sounds perfect and is such a bring back.. Thank you!!!

This suite's green...and very VERY mean!

Each time the music enters a new phase, a new instrument gets added. It’s like everytime you beat a Covenant wave, a new one shows up that’s meaner than the last. Then it slows down, gaining momentum; a reprieve with the jazz bits coming out. Now the epic comes back with one final push, before that Super Carrier shows up and decides to be like, “Glass them!” All in all, this shows how ODSTs can put up a real fight. Humanity’s military at their best and brightest, and their most daring (for you can’t be an ODST without being a bit crazy, and we like it crazy). Note: the beginning transition is smooth. Right into the music for us to enjoy. Nicely done there.
